My people my home

I like this National Day song from primary school days... It's so long ago it's amazing I even remember parts of the lyrics...

Who are you, my country
More than celebrations and tears
More than memories, put together
Or the summing up of years

I see you enduring all weathers
Sunshine and storms at your heart
(?)
Tell the story where I have a part

You, my people my home
Our lives defend and uphold
May the good be achieved
As one nation
Be shared with the world

As a new chapter begins
From where we have come thus far
Once again may it be written
You are who we are

In you may we see ourselves
(Your needs your strengths in us?)
(?)
(It's yours, as much as ours)

Repeat chorus

There's another song about conservation that's also very nice.

Good morning planet
How are you today
(can't really remember...there're verses like Sorry for the hole in the sky; Soon fish won't have a place to swim;Man kills tiger we call it sport, Tiger kills man the whole world calls it vicious)

Chorus
Save the earth
Save the earth
Trees are the lungs of the universe
We are lords of creation
But there's a desert in our heart
Turn it into an oasis
Let the (rhythm?) start

If anyone knows the lyrics leave a message pls!
