Season 4, episode 7 of Ghost Whisperer.

I haven't cried so much watching ghost whisperer since Andrea died.

Can't believe Jim died.

It's just too sad. Melinda, being able to see ghosts all her life. Now she sees the ghost of Jim. And much as she would love to hide in the house with Jim she knew he should cross over. (doesn't it sound like "Mediator"?)

And then Jim refused to cross over cos he's worried about Melinda and he took the risk and entered Sam's body. He woke up but lost his memory. It was devastating to watch Melinda hide the truth from Sam who didn't believe in ghosts, unlike Jim who never doubted Melinda. Sigh...
