Science Award

Hmm..didn't mention this last time, so may be a little bit misleading. Remember I was very depressed that day when Hui Ling got the nus science award and I didn't? Sigh, same old stupid problem. Yahoo mail is great to use, really, but it's really too lag. I emailed myself and I only receive it like 2 hours later.

So anyway, I finally got my email at 12noon. Almost hit the roof. Heez :). It's not a scholarship, no allowances given, so I must admit I'm a little disappointed. But then again, I knew I'm not scholar material. Better than nothing right?

I accepted NUS science already. Oh man, dunno how uni life is going to be like. :(

Ar..my eyes are SUPER dry. Like popping out le. Maybe it's the air-con...Or maybe it's because I've been crying lately.

Nothing serious, don't worry. Just watched some movies (Spiderman2 on Sunday and The Siege last night), got a little emo. Esp The Siege. At this scene where the U.S. declared martial law, normal people's lives got disrupted, tanks rolled about, soldiers armed with rifles marched the roads, children's eyes were filled with fear...my nose suddenly felt all sour. You know what I mean?

Anyway I think the Spiderman movies are nice. I haven't watched S3 yet, but I read all about the movies on Wikipedia (heez my favourite website nowadays. Visit that site dunno how many times a day) and 是有贯穿性的。前后呼应。Like in the first movie, Uncle Ben was killed; the murder was revealed in the third. At the end of Spiderman 2 Harry discovered that his father was the Green Goblin and then in the third he became the new Green Goblin.

god, i'm beginning to analyse the movie like some C.lit poem. Argh.
